પેમેન્ટ કર્યાની તારીખથી પૂરા 365 દિવસ. આ એક જ વારની ફી છે, કોઈ ઓટો-ડેબિટ કે છુપો ચાર્જ નથી. વહેલું રિન્યૂ કરશો તો બાકી દિવસો પણ ઉમેરાશે.A full 365 days from the date you pay. It is a one-time fee, with no auto-debit or hidden charges. Renew early and the days you have left are added on.
શું હું મોબાઈલ ફોન પરથી ટેસ્ટ આપી શકીશ?Can I take the tests on my phone?

પૈસા કપાયા પણ પાસ ચાલુ ન થયો તો?Money was taken but my pass is not active?
એક મિનિટ રાહ જોઈ પેજ રિફ્રેશ કરો. પછી પણ ન થાય તો Recover your pass પેજ પર પેમેન્ટ ID નાખો. ફરી પેમેન્ટ ન કરો.Wait a minute and refresh the page. If it is still not active, enter your payment ID on the Recover your pass page. Do not pay again.
શું રિફંડ મળે?Can I get a refund?
પાસ ખરીદ્યા પછી મન બદલાય તો રિફંડ નથી. પણ પૈસા બે વાર કપાય, પૈસા કપાય પણ પાસ ચાલુ ન થાય અને પેમેન્ટનો પુરાવો મોકલ્યાના 24 કલાકમાં અમે ચાલુ ન કરી શકીએ, કે તમારી જાણ બહાર પેમેન્ટ થાય તો પૂરું રિફંડ મળે. પેમેન્ટના 48 કલાકમાં 4studentshub@gmail.com પર payment ID સાથે ઈમેઈલ કરો. પૂરી વિગત રિફંડ નીતિ પેજ પર છે.There is no refund for a change of mind after buying. You get a full refund if you are charged twice, if money is taken but your pass is not active and we cannot switch it on within 24 hours of getting your proof of payment, or for a payment you did not make.
