1. Acceptance of Terms & Platform Status

Welcome to GoMock("the Platform", "we", "our", or "us"), an online educational test-preparation service operated by GoMock Technologies. By accessing our website, creating an account, taking tests, or purchasing access, you ("User", "Candidate", or "Student") agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

2. User Eligibility & Account Responsibility

To access personalized analytics and premium test series, users must register an account with a valid name, email address, and secure password.

• You represent that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to enter into binding agreements.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password.
• Each user account is strictly for individual, non-commercial educational use. Concurrent account sharing, pooling, or distribution of access among multiple students or coaching academies is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension without refund.

3. Services & Educational Purpose

GoMock provides candidates with:

• Simulated Computer-Based Tests (CBT) and OMR-style mock examinations reflecting GPSC/GSSSB negative marking standards.
• Curated high-yield study materials, formula sheets, Gujarat GK digests, and revision handbooks.
• Granular subject performance analytics, accuracy ratios, and category cutoff estimators.
• Bilingual question papers and detailed explanatory solutions in Gujarati and English.

Educational Simulation Only: Mock tests, predictive cutoffs, and question sets are independently researched educational approximations designed to aid self-study. We do not represent or guarantee that questions provided on the Platform will appear in actual official public service examinations.

4. Pricing, Payments & Exam Pass Access

Select mock tests and revision notes are offered free of charge. Access to full-length premium test series and specialized technical modules requires an Exam Pass.

• Pricing: All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. GoMock reserves the right to modify pricing or launch limited-period promotional discounts.
• Secure Payment Processing: Payments are processed securely through certified, RBI-regulated payment aggregators (including Razorpay). GoMock does not collect, record, or retain sensitive card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs.
• Exam Pass Validity & Duration: The Exam Pass is activated on the candidate's account for the duration specified at the time of purchase (such as 1-Year / 365-Days validity, or as designated during limited-time promotions). The pass provides non-recurring access during its active validity window without unexpected auto-debit renewals. Early-bird legacy pass holders who enrolled prior to the introduction of term validity retain grandfathered lifetime access for the operational availability of the platform.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Due to the immediate digital delivery and instantaneous access to proprietary mock test questions, answer keys, and downloadable study guides upon purchase, standard cancellations are not applicable.

• General Policy: All digital purchases are considered final and non-refundable once the Exam Pass has been activated on the user's account.
• Duplicate Transactions & Technical Errors: In the event that a user is charged multiple times for a single purchase due to a payment gateway timeout, or if a payment succeeds but the account is not activated due to a technical server defect, the candidate must contact our support team at 4studentshub@gmail.com within 48 hours of the transaction with the payment transaction ID / Razorpay payment ID.
• Refund Processing: Verified duplicate charges or unresolved technical delivery failures will be refunded to the original payment source (credit/debit card, UPI, or net banking) within 5 to 7 business days in accordance with standard bank clearing guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

All content published on GoMock — including text questions, Gujarati/English translations, code repositories, user interfaces, branding, graphics, and compilation layouts — is the exclusive intellectual property of GoMock Technologies and protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957.

• You may not reproduce, extract, screenshot, scrape via automated scripts (bots/crawlers), publish, sell, or commercially distribute GoMock questions or notes.
• Personal offline printing of revision summaries for self-study is permitted solely for individual registered users.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Platform and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. While we exercise rigorous diligence in researching and verifying official syllabi, government notifications, and examination rules, we disclaim liability for typographical inaccuracies, syllabus revisions introduced by recruiting commissions, or temporary service interruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, GoMock and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, preparation opportunities, or profits resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service, User Agreement, and any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive Laws of the Republic of India. The competent courts situated in Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any legal proceedings arising hereunder.
