By accessing and using GoMock ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

GoMock is an independent exam preparation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) or any government organization.

2. Services

GoMock provides:

• Mock tests simulating GPSC competitive exam patterns
• Study materials and revision guides
• Performance analytics and test history tracking
• Answer review with correct/incorrect analysis

All content is created for practice purposes. We do not guarantee that our questions will appear in actual examinations.

3. Pricing and Access Periods

Access to premium features on the Platform requires the purchase of an Exam Pass. Payment is processed securely through our authorized payment gateways.

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing, subscription tiers, or promotional offers at any time without prior notice.
• The Exam Pass is currently offered with a "lifetime access" duration. However, the Company reserves the explicit right to modify, restrict, or revoke this lifetime access duration, impose expiration periods, or transition to a periodic subscription model at any time and at its sole discretion, applicable to both new and existing users.
• Your access is temporarily tied to your device via local storage. Maintaining account access requires adherence to verification protocols.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the immediate access and digital nature of the content and services provided on the Platform, all sales are considered final.

• We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed and access to the premium features or study materials has been granted.
• It is the user's responsibility to carefully review the features, syllabus coverage, and compatibility of the Exam Pass before making a payment.
• In the rare event of a technical failure preventing access or a duplicate billing error, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of the transaction with proof of purchase for investigation. Resolution of such errors remains at the sole discretion of the Company.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on GoMock — including questions, study materials, code, and design — is the property of GoMock Technologies. Redistribution, copying, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

6. General Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

All trademarks, logos, and brand names mentioned on this platform are the property of their respective owners. GoMock is an independent educational platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the Gujarat Public Service Commission (GPSC) or any other government organization.

The Platform and all its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date study materials, the questions, mock tests, and syllabus coverage are created independently for educational purposes and may not reflect the actual exam pattern, content, or difficulty with absolute accuracy. We make no guarantees regarding user performance or success in any official examinations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoMock, its affiliates, directors, or employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; or (c) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
